The first month of the season has been great! The mallard hunting over decoys in our flooded corn ponds has been as advertised, phenomenal! We got our first big batch of northern ducks in just like clock work around the 5th of November. It couldn't have come at a better time. Those local ducks were starting to get a little tough to deal with for a few days.

Goose shooting has been very good as well. We are seeing lots of new geese showing up daily. This past weekend most hunts were over in about 45 minutes with limit shooting for everyone.
